Shipping Policy
At Wine O'Cork, we treat every bottle like it’s something special—because it is. We take great care in how we pack and deliver your wines to ensure they arrive safely, soundly, and ready to enjoy. Our shipping process is designed to preserve the integrity of each wine’s flavour, aroma, and character from our store to your glass.
We use temperature-controlled delivery across Hong Kong to maintain the quality of your wines—even in summer. Below are the key details of our shipping policy:
Delivery Time:

For all orders placed through our online wine shop, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the date payment is received.

We’ll notify you once your order is confirmed and when it’s on the way, so you can plan your next sip accordingly.
Delivery Fee:

We offer free temperature-controlled wine delivery in Hong Kong on all orders above HK$800.

A standard delivery fee will apply to orders below this threshold.

We deliver to residences, offices, and event venues across Hong Kong.

For large orders, special arrangements, or international shipping enquiries, feel free to contact us directly—we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Broken Bottle Policy
While we take great care in packaging, accidents can happen. If a bottle arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us assist you swiftly, kindly provide:

A photo of the broken bottle and packaging

Your order number or confirmation email
We’ll arrange a replacement or offer store credit, so your wine experience remains smooth from start to finish.
Corked Wine Policy
If you discover that a wine is corked or faulty, we’ve got you covered. Please reach out to us within 7 days of opening the bottle and provide:

The bottle with at least two-thirds of the wine remaining

Your proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement bottle or offer store credit. At Wine O'Cork, we stand by every bottle we sell and want every sip to be a memorable one—for the right reasons.
