What if I receive a corked or faulty wine?If you believe your wine is corked or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of opening. We may request the bottle for assessment and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

What happens if my wine arrives broken or damaged?In the rare event that a bottle is broken in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the bottle or provide a refund.
