Vibrant, mineral-driven Chardonnay with lime, lemon, green apple, huacatay/Andean herb, white flowers and subtle butterscotch. Chalky texture, bright salinity and a crisp, lingering citrus finish.

釀造方式
 
Direct-pressed; fermented and aged primarily in concrete eggs with some lots in large (500L) used French oak; no malolactic fermentation to preserve acidity.
