Citrus and green apple with white flowers, mountain herbs and saline, chalky minerality. Lean, bright acidity with subtle lees creaminess and a long, stony finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, direct-pressed; native-yeast fermentation mainly in concrete eggs/vats and partly in used 500L French oak; no malolactic fermentation; aged in concrete/used barrels then bottled.
