Concentrated Malbec: crushed black and blue fruit, violets, burnt orange, graphite and iodine. Chalky, saline minerality with bright acidity, ultra-fine tannins and a long sapid finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested from a single Altamira parcel; fermented in concrete with indigenous yeasts and matured primarily in concrete (small portion in used 500L French oak). Low-intervention, gravity-flow vinification.
