Bright citrus and yellow-fruit core (lime, orange, pineapple, apricot) with ginger and lemongrass, pronounced saline/granite minerality, high racy acidity and a precise, long dry finish with subtle petrol/top-note development.

Certified biodynamic viticulture; hand-harvested Riesling fermented slowly (native yeasts), extended fermentation (~1 year), aged on fine lees and bottled after cellaring (bottled 2021).
