Bright citrus (lime, bergamot), white peach and grapefruit pith with wet-stone and saline minerality. Bone-dry, chalky texture, taut acidity and a long, mouthwatering finish.

釀造方式
 
Biodynamically farmed fruit; whole-cluster pressing, slow indigenous-yeast fermentation in large neutral oak foudres and extended élevage on fine lees. Bottled after long ageing.

Domaine Zind-Humbrecht (family vignerons since 1620, Olivier Humbrecht MW) farms Heimbourg (owns ~4 ha of the lieu-dit); certified organic/biodynamic since late 1990s/2002. Noted for low yields and limestone soils.
