Bright straw-yellow with fine, persistent perlage. Aromas of green apple, pear, wisteria and citrus; palate is fresh, sapid and rounded with creamy mousse, mineral notes and a clean, zippy finish.

100% Glera hand-harvested; primary fermentation in stainless steel; secondary fermentation in autoclave (Charmat/Martinotti), brief lees contact and filtration before bottling.
