Deep amber single malt with dried fruits, raisin, dark chocolate, toffee, and honeyed caramel, layered with toasted Mizunara oak spice, subtle cedar, and a long warm, slightly spicy finish.

Single malt pot-still distillation at Yamazaki; matured 18 years in a mix of American oak, Spanish sherry butts and rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks; vatted and bottled at 43% ABV.
