Ripe pineapple, star fruit and yellow apple with flinty hot‑stone minerality, saline edge, toasted oak, subtle vanilla and leesy texture. Bright, electric acidity and a concentrated, succulent finish.

Western: roast chicken with lemon, buttered lobster, mushroom risotto, creamy pasta. Asian: Cantonese steamed fish with ginger & scallion, shrimp dumplings (har gow), sushi/sashimi, miso butter grilled scallops.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand‑harvested at high altitude; whole‑cluster press, wild yeast fermentation; lees ageing in French oak (some new), with partial malolactic fermentation and light oxidative handling.
