Perfumed red fruits (cherry, raspberry) with violet and spice notes, fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and mineral lift. Medium-bodied, elegant, with a long, focused finish showing subtle oak and savory undertones.

100% Pinot Noir; hand-harvested, vinified in traditional Burgundian open vats, aged 12–14 months in French oak (30–35% new). Lutte raisonnée viticulture; light filtration or bottled with minimal intervention.
