Fresh red cherry and raspberry with violet, graphite and oyster-shell mineral notes; earth and iron underpin. Silky texture, medium body, balanced acidity and subtle oak spice; concentrated, structured with a long, resonant finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir from a 4.2-acre Les Cents Vignes parcel; lutte raisonnée viticulture. Traditional Burgundian vinification, aged 12–14 months in French oak barrels (30–35% new).
