釀造方式
 
Organic (Ecocert) viticulture; spontaneous fermentation with minimal/no SO2 during vinification; aged ~18–22 months in used oak, little/no filtration. (Regular cuvée destemmed; VV/‘vendange entière’ whole-cluster versions exist).
