Crisp, zesty lemon and green apple with pear and floral hints, brisk acidity, saline minerality and subtle toasted-oak lift; light-bodied with a clean, stony finish.

釀造方式
 
100% Aligoté from older vines; organically farmed (Ecocert). Native-yeast fermentation in 228L barrels, no racking for ~12 months, minimal sulfur at bottling.
