Dense, polished Malbec with blackberry, blueberry and black cherry framed by violet and lavender florals, plus cinnamon, clove, cocoa and tobacco. Full-bodied, concentrated, with bright acidity, fine-grained tannins and a long, savory mineral finish.

Western: grilled/roasted beef, ribeye, slow-roasted leg of lamb, barbecued ribs, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Chinese char siu, Sichuan pepper beef, Japanese teriyaki or braised short ribs.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Fermented in stainless steel and matured ~18 months in French oak (c.65% new). Bottled unfined and unfiltered; low-yield parcels, minimal intervention to express terroir.
