Intense ruby-red. Aromas of blackcurrant, cassis, forest fruit and herbal notes; full-bodied, savory palate with polished (smooth) tannins, minerality and a long, slightly spicy finish with subtle graphite/cedar hints.

釀造方式
 
Machine-harvested; gentle destemming; fermentation ~18 days at 23°C on skins; matured ~8 months in stainless steel at 16°C, then blended, bottled and bottle-aged.

Produced by Azienda Agricola Livon at the Villa Chiopris estate in Chiopris-Viscone. Livon is a family producer in Friuli with longstanding regional vineyards on alluvial soils.
