Bright citrus and white-flower aromas with notes of preserved lemon, grapefruit, toasted almond and brioche; crisp, saline minerality, fresh acidity and a focused, slightly creamy mid-palate with a long, mineral finish.

Western: sole meunière, beurre blanc, seafood platter, grilled prawns, roasted chicken. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, miso-glazed fish, Vietnamese spring rolls, light Thai coconut or lemongrass dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; first-press juices only. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in oak barrels, aged in barrels with limited bâtonnage; small proportion (~10%) new oak used.

Maison Verget is a respected Mâconnais négociant founded around 1990 (Sologny), historically led by Jean‑Marie Guffens and now overseen by Julien Desplans, specialising in terroir-driven Chardonnays from Chablis to the Mâconnais.
