Fresh orchard and stone fruit (pear, yellow peach) with confit citrus, beeswax, toasted almond and light brioche. Creamy texture, bright saline minerality and gentle oak spice; lively acidity and a long, chalky, saline finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Chardonnay from Pouilly-Fuissé parcels; fermented and aged in French oak barrels (approx. 15–25% new) with sur-lie élevage and bâtonnage for ~6–9 months, then blended and gently filtered before bottling.
