Lemony yellow with aromas of citrus, white peach, pineapple, apricot, citrus blossom and buttered toast. Creamy, full-bodied palate with bright mineral acidity and a long, elegant finish.

釀造方式
 
Whole-bunch pressed; barrel-fermented in French oak (≈30% new, 70% seasoned); 8–10 months on fine lees with regular bâtonnage; partial malolactic fermentation.

Vergelegen Estate — historic Stellenbosch estate. Fruit sourced from Rooiland (blocks 12 & 13) and Lower Schaapenberg on granite-derived soils; estate produces Reserve bottlings from top vineyards.
