Nectarine, pink grapefruit and lemon with struck-match/flinty mineral, beeswax and toasted hazelnut. Creamy mid‑palate, bright saline acidity and fine oak create an elegant, tightly wound wine with a long, savory finish.

Western: roast chicken, butter-poached lobster, grilled salmon, pork belly. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, seared tuna/sushi, tempura prawns, Cantonese roast duck.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand‑harvested, whole‑cluster pressing; wild-yeast fermentation in French barriques; ~9 months lees aging with partial malolactic and ~42% new oak, light bâtonnage.
