Intense ruby-garnet; aromas of ripe and dried cherries, plums, wild berries, tobacco, leather and spice. Full-bodied, velvety palate with concentrated dark fruit, chocolate and fine oak; long persistent finish.

釀造方式
 
Appassimento: grapes dried in fruttaio for ~3–4 months, fermented ~20–40 days, then aged ~30 months in large Slavonian oak casks before bottling and further bottle maturation.
