Deep ruby with ripe cherry, dried fig, raisin and plum, layered with mocha, licorice, thyme and cocoa. Full-bodied, velvety texture with warm spice and long, savory finish.

Western: braised beef, roast venison, aged Parmigiano, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, hoisin-glazed pork, Korean bulgogi, soy-braised short ribs, miso eggplant.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested grapes are air-dried (appassimento) for ~3 months, fermented, then aged ~3 years in 35‑hl Slavonian oak casks followed by bottle aging.
