Hand-harvested, mostly destemmed Pinot Noir; fermented with gentle extraction (open vats) and matured ~18 months in French oak (≈30% new for village level).

Tollot-Beaut is a family domaine dating to the late 1800s, now run by cousins Nathalie, Jean-Paul and Olivier; holdings in Chorey-lès-Beaune, Aloxe-Corton, Savigny and Beaune.
