Refreshing white fruits with peach and stone-fruit core, light spice and gentle oak, bright zippy acidity and a saline/mineral thread that adds texture and lift.

Western: Moreton Bay bugs, lobster or shellfish with beurre blanc, roast chicken, creamy pasta, steak béarnaise, grilled veal. Asian: miso‑glazed cod, soy‑butter scallops, tempura prawns, chicken katsu, milder Thai coconut curries, richer sushi (eel/salmon).
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand‑picked fruit, pressed direct with slight settling; natural fermentation in French oak hogsheads and concrete eggs; 10 months ageing with regular batonnage; light fining and filtration. Made from organically grown grapes.
