Concentrated black cherry and plum with cocoa, laurel and graphite notes; powerful yet refined, silky tannins, ripe spice and a long saline finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roasted lamb, braised short ribs, aged Manchego. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi/bulgogi), Chinese red-braised pork (hong shao rou), Szechuan beef, rich Japanese wagyu.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested from pre-phylloxera vines, strict berry-by-berry selection. Fermented in wood and stainless vats with malolactic in an ovum (egg) oak vat; aged ~24 months in fine French oak.
 

 
酒莊資訊
 
Produced by the Eguren family (Viñedos y Bodegas Sierra Cantabria). Sourced from a tiny, ancient 1.8 ha ungrafted vineyard; extremely limited production and artisanal winemaking.
