Crisp red fruits (pomegranate, hibiscus, blackberry) with fennel, smoky garrigue and savory mineral notes. Fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and a juicy, mouthwatering finish.

Western: roasted lamb, grilled pork chops, charcuterie, tomato-based stews. Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu (Cantonese roast pork), teriyaki duck, yakitori, mildly spicy Sichuan dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; whole-cluster natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts; matured ~6 months in concrete/stainless tanks; no new oak; minimal-intervention approach.
