Citrus peel, orange blossom, fennel, sage, pollen and beeswax. Bright, juicy palate with green apple and pear, savory Mediterranean herbs and a searing mineral acidity leading to a long, creamy, slightly saline finish.

Western: grilled scallops, asparagus risotto, roasted chicken, goat cheese, herb-roasted pork. Asian: miso-glazed cod, tempura prawns, sushi (white fish), milder Thai green curry, soba with mushrooms.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; whole-cluster short skin contact (brisat-style), spontaneous fermentation in stainless-steel/cement; matured six months in neutral stainless or cement vats; no oak; minimal intervention.

Terroir al Límit (Dominik Huber, collaboration with Eben Sadie) founded 2001. Terroir Històric project (launched 2015) sources old vines across nine Priorat villages, promoting organic farming and traditional négocient-style blends.
