釀造方式
 
Whole-cluster fermentation (high percentage ~70%), aged roughly 10–13 months in oak (0–30% new), sometimes fermented/aged in concrete; minimal intervention and careful sorting.

Les Terres de Philéandre is David Duband’s negociant project (launched 2018), sourcing grapes from trusted growers — first long-term parcel was 1er Cru Les Serpentières in Savigny-lès-Beaune.
