Fresh, citrus-driven Aligoté with white‑flower and orchard-fruit aromas, bright lemon‑lime acidity, a hint of waxy texture, saline minerality and a medium, zesty finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested grapes; direct pressing, indigenous-yeast fermentation; aged ~10–12 months split between stainless tanks and large oak foudres/old barrels; bottled without fining or filtration.
