Bright ruby with copper highlights. Fresh red cherry, raspberry and dried rose aromas with clove and subtle undergrowth. Silky texture, lively acidity, fine soft tannins and a savory, mineral-tinged finish.

釀造方式
 
Biodynamic viticulture; manual harvest; optical berry sorting; short maceration, gentle pressing; slow spontaneous fermentation in French oak tonneaux (~1.5 months) with indigenous yeasts; 12 months on fine lees in tonneaux, 6 months in bottle.
