Deep ruby red with aromas of black cherry, plum, blackcurrant, Mediterranean herbs, anise and cocoa. Full, ripe fruit on the palate, balanced acidity, smooth fine tannins and a long, spicy finish.

釀造方式
 
Traditional fermentation in stainless steel (20–28°C), full malolactic conversion, aged ~18 months in 225L French oak (Allier/Tronçais). Bottled after resting; contains sulfites.
