Bright cherry-orange; aromas of fresh cherry, strawberry, wild blueberry and rose with savory Mediterranean herbs. Crisp acidity, light tannic grip, fresh and balanced with a long, snappy finish.

Western: grilled prawns, tuna tartare, Niçoise salad, roast chicken, charcuterie. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, Thai fish cakes, grilled squid with soy-citrus, Vietnamese spring rolls.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Fermented in stainless steel at ~14°C for ~15 days, partial malolactic fermentation, aged 3 months in stainless steel. Produced sustainably at the Regaleali estate.
