Perfumed, medium-bodied Nero d’Avola: crushed blackberry and cherry, violet and white-pepper florals, wet-stone minerality, hints of vanilla, cocoa and licorice. Fresh acidity, juicy fruit and soft, velvety tannins with a clean, spicy finish.

Fermented in stainless steel at 25–28°C with ~12 days maceration; full malolactic fermentation; aged ~12 months in 225L French oak (20% new, 80% 2nd/3rd passage).
