Golden-yellow; intense aromas of candied apricot, dried grape, orange peel, honey and floral notes. Sweet, velvety palate balanced by brisk acidity and light salinity, finishing long and citrus-tinged.

Western: foie gras, blue cheeses (gorgonzola), fruit tarts, almond biscotti. Asian: mango sticky rice, egg custard tarts, mooncake, mildly spicy Thai or Szechuan dishes to contrast sweetness.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Passito (partial drying of grapes), fermented in stainless steel at 16°C (≈25 days), aged 6 months in steel and 4 months in bottle.
