Creamy, medium-full Chardonnay with ripe apple, pear and stone-fruit, bright citrus and white-flower notes, plus vanilla and toasted almond from oak; lively acidity and a mineral, lingering finish.

Western: grilled or roasted fish, lobster, shellfish, creamy pasta or risotto, roasted poultry. Asian: sushi/sashimi, miso-glazed salmon, steamed fish, mild Thai or Vietnamese coconut-based dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; fermented in 350L French oak (Allier & Tronçais) and aged 8 months (≈70% new barrels); malolactic fermentation not carried out.
