Aromas of dark berries, cherry preserves, violet, baking spice and incense with a smoky nuance. Fleshy, medium‑full palate of blackberry and boysenberry, lively acidity, discreet tannins and a long, floral-tinged finish.

釀造方式
 
Approximately 50% whole‑cluster fermentation; aged ~12 months in new and one‑year‑old barrels then 8 months in foudre. Bottled without fining or filtration. (House practice).
