Pale yellow; tropical notes of papaya, passionfruit, kiwi and mango with secondary fig, honey, brioche and peach. Bright, zesty acidity and a lively, brisk finish (youthful, focused and slightly toasty from oak).

Western: roasted chicken with lemon-herb, lemon risotto, butter-poached lobster, Dungeness crab. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, sushi/ sashimi (rich cuts), tempura prawns, mildly spiced Thai coconut fish curry.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Whole-cluster pressed, barrel-fermented in French oak (40%–~32% new depending on vintage), aged sur lie 14–16 months, native yeasts and completed malolactic fermentation.
