Coastal peat smoke with saline seaweed, citrus peel, honeyed dried fruit, dark chocolate and black pepper; oily, waxy mouthfeel and a long, peppery, maritime finish.

Western: smoked salmon, oysters, grilled lamb, aged cheddar, dark chocolate. Asian: miso‑glazed black cod, grilled yakitori, spicy Sichuan beef, Korean BBQ, seared scallops with soy-citrus.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Double-distilled in copper pot stills from peated malt (~18–22 ppm); matured about 25 years in American and European oak refill casks; bottled at varying strengths (commonly 45.8%).
