Bright straw with flinty smoke, citrus zest, white peach and wildflower aromas. Creamy mid-palate, stony minerality, lively acidity and a dry, persistent saline finish.

釀造方式
 
Organically farmed, pergola-trained vines; hand-harvested. Fermented and aged in stainless steel (approx. 12 months) with bottle ageing; finished under screw cap.

Produced by Suavia (Tessari family) since 1982. Monte Carbonare is a ~6 ha volcanic (black basalt) vineyard; vines average ~60 years. First vintage 1986.
