Perfumed, spicy white: pear, mandarin, honeysuckle, rosewater and ginger aromas. Glossy, textured palate of pear and lemon curd, bright Tasmanian acidity, subtle phenolics and a long saline finish.

Seared scallops, grilled fish, roast chicken, pork terrine; sushi and sashimi, pork dumplings, spicy Thai or Sichuan dishes, light curry, fresh salads.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; ~8 hours skin contact, gentle pressing; wild-yeast fermentation in seasoned oak and concrete; matured on lees with regular batonnage (~2–3 months).
