Golden hue; bright lemon‑creme, pineapple and melon aromas with citrus blossom and magnolia. Full, creamy palate of Golden Delicious apple, Asian pear and lemon curd, with vanilla, brioche and ginger oak spice. Long, mineral‑tinged finish with lychee notes.

釀造方式
 
Gently pressed; 25% stainless steel, 25% new French oak, 50% neutral French oak. Matured ~7 months with bi‑weekly bâtonnage. No malolactic fermentation.
