Perfumed Nebbiolo: rose and blue-flower notes with camphor and baking spice; marasca cherry, crushed raspberry and star anise. Bright acidity, fine-grained yet gripping tannins and a long savory finish.

Hand-harvested Cottà Nebbiolo; long maceration (up to ~40 days) with ambient yeasts, natural malolactic; ~24 months in French oak (≈15% new).

Family estate founded by Rino Sottimano (1974). Cottà parcel ~2.8 ha with 50–60‑year-old vines; organically farmed. 2017 release ≈9,000 bottles.
