Bright lemon-tinged straw with white peach, confit lemon, roasted cashew, toasted brioche and flinty/savory finish. Creamy texture with vibrant acidity and long saline-tinged close.

Hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed; native-yeast barrel fermentation in French oak (≈30% new); aged ~11 months on lees with malolactic fermentation.
