Pale salmon-pink. Fresh grapefruit, strawberry and white peach with floral lift and a touch of raspberry. Crisp acidity, light red-fruit finish and a hint of sweetness—very approachable and refreshing.

Silver Heights is a family-run estate founded in 2007 by Gao Lin and daughter Emma Gao in Ningxia’s Helan Mountains. Bordeaux‑trained Emma led the estate toward organic/biodynamic practices and international recognition.
