Pink‑orange pétillance with notes of pink blossom, honeydew, Bosc pear, banana flower and toasted rice husk; lively acidity, gentle off‑dry sweetness and a mineral, slightly nutty finish.

釀造方式
 
Chardonnay and Pinot Noir fermented with indigenous yeasts (some skin contact on Chardonnay), then blended with fresh off‑dry local rice wine to drive a pét‑nat style secondary fermentation; minimal intervention and low sulphur.
