Pale gold with fine, persistent mousse. Aromas of apricot, peach, citrus and shortcrust pastry. Fresh, lively palate with tangy citrus and stone fruit, creamy mousse and a brisk, savory finish.

釀造方式
 
Méthode traditionnelle (second fermentation in bottle). Predominantly Mauzac with Chenin/Chardonnay; hand-harvested, gentle whole-bunch pressing and 15–18 months on lees; brut dosage.
