Bright strawberry-pink with fine mousse. Aromas of strawberry, redcurrant and grenadine. Refreshing palate of cherry and red berries, light acidity and a soft, slightly sweet finish.

Western: tapas, charcuterie, smoked salmon, grilled tuna, seafood paella. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, spicy Thai salads, Korean BBQ (lighter cuts). Also good with desserts featuring berries.

Traditional method (second fermentation in bottle) with brief skin maceration; first and second fermentations using selected yeasts and a minimum 12 months on lees.
