Still-closed nose with herbal spice, vineyard peach, candied lemon and ginger. Supple, mineral-driven palate, delicate fruit, fine acidity and phenolics; elegant, nimble and youthful with a saline finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested fruit from Graacher Himmelreich. Cool, gentle pressing; spontaneous/native-yeast fermentation in stainless steel and large old fuder; lees ageing; minimal intervention, no fining/limited filtration.
