Full-bodied, silky Chardonnay with ripe white peach, nectarine and grapefruit, layered with vanilla, toasted spice, smoky oak and biscuit. Creamy, textural palate, bright acidity and a long, toasty finish.

Western: roast chicken with lemon & garlic, creamy mushroom pasta, grilled salmon, pork with apple sauce. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, tempura prawns, chicken katsu, mild Thai green curry.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, lightly whole-bunch pressed; barrel fermented in American oak (≈14% new), completed malolactic fermentation and aged 9–10 months on lees with regular bâtonnage; best barrels selected for final blend.
