Lemony citrus and green apple lead, with white peach, apricot, light vanilla and toasted hazelnut. Stony minerality and a touch of buttery oak give a rounded, slightly savory finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; whole-cluster pressing, gentle pneumatic press. Barrel fermentation and malolactic in oak, aged ~12 months in 228L French oak (no new oak), on lees with occasional bâtonnage.
